Just finished this last Friday and love the way it turned out! I used the Strathmore Drawing Pad as the book base but instead of using scrap papers like I've done in the past, I used the Graphic 45 Tropical Travelogue Paper Collection. I LOVE THE COLORS!!!!! Every page in this book makes me smile. Maybe I'm just nuts, but at least I am a happy one..... hehehehe.
There are 21 pages in this book which would mean 42 photos so to see them all, please go to You Tube and you can see the WHOLE thing on my video. This is the link, I think... http://youtu.be/7RmW8rjp8r0
I will try and put a You Tube Link on here somewhere....ANOTHER new thingy! Sigh.....
Or just do a search for Paperkitz on You Tube!!! That would probably be your best bet until further notice...(HUGS!!!)

ReplyDeleteHello Kit,
ReplyDeleteI few weeks ago I found your youtube film about making this journal and I loved it immediately, and I would love to make one, but what to put in it?
Since a few years I am making a December Daily, and while I was thinking about how to make the base for this year, I thought about your journal and decided to make one as the base.
I bought some pritty paper from BoBunny and made the base and I had so much fun to make it.
As it is now December, I am working on it everyday.
And than I had a stack of Christmas Cards for years, all that remind me of a Christmas Carol and now I am making a Christmas Carol journal again with your journal as inspiration
So I would like to thank you so much for charing all your creativity. You have a new fan!
